Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in security operations preferred. At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in security operations, preferably within a corporate or residential environment.
- Primary experience in providing client service should include a strong understanding of security protocols, access control systems, and emergency response procedures. Experience with surveillance equipment and basic first-aid practices is desirable.
Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of clients, property, and assets by providing regular patrols and reviewing of security systems.
- Operate and monitor surveillance equipment, control access at building entrances and exits, and ensure that all incidents are accurately documented in daily logs.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, including taking initiative to call the police, ambulance, or fire departments as required.
